These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the WP SelfOps website, application, WordPress plugin and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Operator
The Service is provided by María Constanza Rissi, trading as WP SelfOps, Libertad 458, Quilmes (CP 1878), Buenos Aires, Argentina (“WP SelfOps”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@wpselfops.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- If you use the Service on behalf of a company or a client, you represent that you are authorised to bind them to these Terms and to authorise the connections you make.
3. The Service
WP SelfOps is an operational assistant for WordPress and WooCommerce sites. It connects to sources you authorise, reasons over the data with the help of AI models, answers questions, produces recommendations and, where you explicitly authorise it, executes operational changes on your sites.
- READ functionality (available on all plans according to plan limits): monitoring, diagnostics, analytics, business intelligence and questions answered from your connected data. Read functionality does not modify your site.
- WRITE functionality (available on eligible plans): operational changes such as plugin updates, cache operations, configuration adjustments or cleanup tasks. Write operations are only executed when you explicitly request or authorise them. Where applicable, the Service shows a preview, asks for confirmation, attempts to create a backup or restore point before the change, verifies the result and offers an undo path.
- Autopilot, where included in your plan and enabled by you, may execute predefined categories of low-risk changes automatically within the scope you configure. You can disable it at any time.
4. WordPress and WooCommerce connections
To connect a site you install the WP SelfOps plugin and/or provide API credentials. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every site and store you connect. You are responsible for the security of your hosting, WordPress installation and credentials, and for keeping independent, up-to-date backups of your sites and databases.
5. Third-party integrations
You may connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, WooCommerce, cPanel and other services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You authorise us to access them within the permissions you grant, which we request as read-only wherever possible. We may suspend an integration if the third party changes or revokes access.
6. AI-generated information and recommendations
- Answers, insights and recommendations are generated with the assistance of AI models from the data available at the time. They are labelled with their data provenance where possible (live query, verified snapshot, or unavailable).
- We do not guarantee that AI output is complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Operational recommendations are not professional advice. You decide whether and how to act on them and you remain responsible for your sites and business decisions.
7. Your responsibilities for sites, data and backups
- You are responsible for your sites, their content, their data and the personal data of your customers and visitors, including having a lawful basis to process it through the Service.
- You must maintain your own independent backups. The backups or restore points created by the Service before a change are an additional safeguard and depend on your hosting environment; they are not a replacement for your own backup strategy.
- We do not guarantee that every change can be rolled back or that every situation can be recovered. Rollback and recovery depend on the type of change, the state of the site and the hosting environment.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service on sites you are not authorised to manage; attempt to access other customers’ data; interfere with or overload the Service; reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as we allow; use the Service to violate the law or third-party rights; or submit content that is unlawful or malicious. We may suspend or limit accounts that breach this section.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand and documentation, is owned by WP SelfOps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your sites and your data. You grant us the rights needed to process your data to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. The WP SelfOps WordPress plugin is licensed under the terms stated in its package.
10. Plans, subscriptions and billing
- Plan features, limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated for future billing periods with notice.
- Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means you purchase from Lemon Squeezy, which processes your payment, handles payment-card information, issues the payment receipt or invoice for the transaction and collects applicable taxes on the sale, while WP SelfOps is the supplier of the Service. WP SelfOps does not store payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy’s role does not eliminate WP SelfOps’ obligations to you as the supplier of the Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by using the “Botón de Baja de Servicio” on our website. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period already paid, after which the account moves to the Free plan or to the limits of the new plan, and features beyond those limits become unavailable.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible initial purchases, in addition to your statutory rights.
- Free plans may be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where possible and honour any refund due under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party providers, your hosting and the APIs you connect. We may modify, add or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind other than those expressly stated in these Terms or that cannot be excluded by law.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, WP SelfOps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for damage caused by third-party services, your hosting environment, your failure to keep backups, or your decision to act on AI-generated information.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service during that period.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules.
14. Indemnity
Where you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify WP SelfOps against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, from the content or data of your sites, or from your lack of authority over a connected site or store. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
15. Governing law, consumer rights and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
- If you contract as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence — in Argentina, Law No. 24,240 and its regulations — remain fully applicable and are not affected by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms waives your right to bring a claim before the courts or consumer authorities competent at your place of residence, where applicable law grants you that right.
- Argentine consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal and request cancellation through the “Botón de Arrepentimiento” and “Botón de Baja de Servicio” available on our website, and may also file complaints with the consumer-protection authorities.
- For business customers, disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Quilmes, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules.
- We encourage you to contact support@wpselfops.com first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and notify you by email or in the application at least 15 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree to a change you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business, with notice to you. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement form the entire agreement between you and WP SelfOps regarding the Service.
