WP SelfOps WP SelfOps

Integrations: WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, cPanel

WP SelfOps connects to the systems a WordPress business already runs. Every integration is requested with the least access needed, read-only wherever possible, and its credentials are encrypted at rest and deleted when you disconnect.

WordPress (WP SelfOps plugin)

Install the plugin, paste the site key, done. It collects health, performance, plugin/theme inventory, cache, database and background-job signals and executes the operations you confirm. Rank Math and other SEO plugins, Elementor and mainstream caching plugins coexist with it. Plugin updates arrive through the normal WordPress update flow.

WooCommerce

Connected with REST API keys you generate in your store. Reads orders, products, inventory, customers (emails masked) and commerce aggregates from WooCommerce Analytics for revenue intelligence, best-customer rankings, commercial stock risk, dormant products and period comparisons. Does not touch payments.

Google Analytics 4

Read-only OAuth access to the properties you select: sessions, acquisition, engagement and conversion metrics, used to answer traffic questions and to correlate technical events with business impact.

Google Search Console

Read-only OAuth access to search performance (clicks, impressions, queries, pages) and visibility anomalies for the properties you select. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

cPanel

Optional API token for hosting-level diagnostics where your host provides cPanel.

Billing and email

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Transactional and support email is delivered through Brevo. Neither integration processes your store’s customer data.

Not currently offered: platforms other than WordPress/WooCommerce. WP SelfOps only lists integrations that work today.
