AI analytics for WooCommerce should not mean an AI guessing at numbers. In WP SelfOps the AI interprets the question and explains the result; the numbers themselves come from deterministic queries against WooCommerce Analytics and your connected Google data.
How can AI analyze WooCommerce sales and revenue?
- You ask in natural language, in English or Spanish: «¿cuánto vendí ayer?», «who were my top 10 customers this month?», «which products will run out first?».
- WP SelfOps resolves the period deterministically in your store’s timezone and selects the matching capability.
- The WP SelfOps plugin runs a read-only query on your store (WooCommerce Analytics tables, same statuses and refund handling as the Admin reports).
- The answer is rendered with its provenance, period and any limitations — for example when a Top 10 cannot be completed because only two customer identities bought that day.
What data is used
Orders, revenue and commerce aggregates; product and inventory levels; customer names and order counts with masked emails; optionally Google Analytics 4 traffic and Google Search Console search performance for the same site. Payment-card data is never processed; WP SelfOps has no access to it.
Accuracy and limits
Figures reconcile with WooCommerce Analytics because they come from it. AI explanations are labelled as informational. Where WooCommerce groups several physical buyers under one customer identity (typical for point-of-sale plugins), WP SelfOps states the number of orders and identities separately instead of hiding it.
